All Faith outreach does is based on three Scriptures

The Great Commandment

37 Jesus replied, “‘You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind.’ 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 A second is equally important: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’

The Great Commission

18 Jesus came and told his disciples, “I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. 19 Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations,[a] baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. 20 Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

The thief’s purpose is to steal and kill and destroy. My purpose is to give them a rich and satisfying life.

Faith Outreach exist to awakening life to its fullest in people through Jesus   .

Awaken LIFE

Faith Outreach exists to Awaken Life to Its Fullest.  We know by experience that the rich and satisfying life is experienced when three things are happening in our lives:

1.      We are in a growing relationship with God

2.      We are deepening relationships with Others

3.      We find and live our divine purpose

We take great effort to help people walk in and develop these three areas.  

We facilitate a growing relationship with God through:

·       Our Worship Services

·       Our Life Groups

·       Encouraging Personal Devotion Time

·       Sunday Night Prayer

·       Discipleship Process

We facilitate a deepening relationships with others through:

·       Life Groups

·       Spiritual Guides for our Discipleship Trail

We help people find and live their purpose by:

·       Awaken and Activate

·       Leadership Development Process

·       Helping people activate their gifts

To Its Fullest

We believe sense God is love (I John 4:8) than one of greatest way we can be like God is show love.  If we are not showing the Love of God in all we do than we are no more than clanging cymbal.  (I Corinthians 13:1)   All we do is to be seasoned with Love. 

We also know that aloneness is one of man’s greatest problems.  Many people feel and experience aloneness even in a crowd.  God has given us three areas to combat this feeling.  First is family and the next is marriage.  However, these two areas have failed on many occasions to produce deepening relationships.  Where they have failed it is the churches responsibility to provide opportunities of connection and fellowship. 

We don’t want anyone to experience life alone therefore we endeavor to be a place love never ends.

We know that from Jesus comes a fountain of Living Water (John 4:10; John 7:38).  At Faith Outreach that Living Water produces three things:  Changed Lives, Unusually Unity, Healing.  We told just believe but expect God to accomplish these three in peoples lives.

·       Changed Lives

They shed destructive habits and thinking that has taken joy and replace them with life-affirming habits and thinking that produce joy.  We believe God takes the baggage that life in this world gives us and gives us His burden that is light.  (Matthew 11:28-30)

·       Unusual Unity

As we journey with Jesus, we find those areas that divided us put aside as Christ reconciles us to him and to each other.  (Galatians 3:28)

·       Healing

We have watched as God has healed people from the emotional wounds that has kept them bound for years.  We know that life produces hurts and wounds, but we also know that our God heals. 

Values

Grow                 If we are not growing spiritually, we are dying spiritually.

Serve                 Serving creates opportunity for lives to be changed.

Go                      Being salt and light can only happen in community.

Gather               We can’t do life together, if we don’t spend time together.

Heal                   This fallen world produces broken people—God puts us back together.

Cultural Values

Acceptance       We accept and embrace people where they are at, but help them grow to where                                                  God wants them.

Prayer               We believe God responds to our prayers.

Worship            We believe it is the believers responsibility to worship God.

Service              We believe it is the responsibility of every believer to help accomplish God’s                                                    purpose.

Community      We believe God has made us to do life together.

Excellence         All that we do, we do to the best of our ability.

Encounter         We gather do that we might have an encounter with God.
